Review for Lada Construction
Being new to the Citrus County area,
we were looking for a builder to build our third new home in the
past thirty years. We were fortunate to find Lada Construction
in this endeavor and could not be more pleased. They were far
and above the best builder we have ever used. Their plans were
well thought out with several unique features not found in
traditional construction. During the construction phase they
were attentive to our special requests and included everything we
asked for.
The work was completed on time with
the quality we came to expect from this builder.
Probably one of the most telling
experiences regarding Lada Construction were the comments from the
sub-contractors who worked for Lada. Everyone with literally
no exception said the same thing, that these builders were great to
work for, from the scheduling to the payment phase. In follow
up after completion any small issues that were identified were
addressed quickly and to our satisfaction.
We have been in our new home for four
months and have had numerous compliments from our visitors.
Needless to say, we would highly recommend Lada Construction for any
new home construction in this area.
